KRMB to hold a meeting with Irrigation officials of two Telugu states on sharing of Krishna river water

The Krishna River Management Board (KRMB) has sent information to the two Telugu states to come and discuss the sharing of Krishna river waters. The meeting is scheduled at 11 am on the 27th of this month at KRMB's office in Hyderabad. The boards' secretary A Parmesan invited the officials of two Telugu states to hold the review on water supply and finalise the allocations. The shifting of the board to the headquarters to Andhra Pradesh will be discussed.

The board will reportedly discuss the allocation of water between the two states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in view of incessant rains in the last three months which amounted to filling up of all reservoirs in the two states.
