Mahanandeeshwara temple in Mahanandi submerged with flood waters

Kurnool: As the rains continue to lash even on Monday, Mahanadeeshwara temple in Mahanandi was submerged with floodwater. The water entered into first and second prakaaram of the temple. Even Panchalingala Mandapam was also submerged in the rain water.

The temple authorities in view of the flood water entering into the temple have stopped all types of prayers and the devotees are not allowed for Darsham of Nandeeshawra. More details are awaited.
