Make Kurnool as AP capital city, says SV Mohan Reddy

Kurnool: Former Kurnool MLA SV Mohan Reddy said that the government should rethink over the AP capital city Amaravati.

Speaking to media on Thursday on the news of capital shifting, Reddy demanded to make Kurnool as AP new capital city as per Sree Bagh agreement. He noted that everyone should come forward for the cause of the capital.

On the occasion, SV Mohan Reddy criticized that former CM Chandrababu Naidu has not considered the Srikrishna Committee's report and formed Amaravati as the capital city. He also alleged that Chandrababu had set up capital to cause benefit for some people.
