Master latest skills, students told
Bhimavaram: Higher Education Council chairman Prof S Vijayaraju said that all the students should bring out the hidden talent and strive hard to reach their goals. He participated as the chief guest at 39th SRKR Engineering College annual day programme on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijayaraju said that the students should overcome their drawbacks and master the latest technical skills with commitment to reach their goals. As education has become a costly affair, the students should make use of the facilities provided by the college and upgrade themselves.
JNTU registrar Dr VV Subba Rao said scoring marks will not decide the standard of the students. They should study well to gain knowledge and improve their skills. He said that the students should feel the responsibility to transform into a plastic-free society. He further said that students gain knowledge if they take part in the seminars and symposiums rather than being spectators.
The college Principal Dr G Parthasaradhi Varma, President Sagi Prasad Raju, secretary and correspondent Sagi Vittalranga Raju, faculty, students and others were present.
