Mercury levels to touch 47 degrees in AP today

Amaravati: Since the last three days the sizzling summer temperatures are recorded at high levels across the state. Even today the mercury levels are expected to record at the same level.

Today, in Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor, Kadapa, Kurnool, and Vizianagaram districts the temperature will be recorded in between 45 to 47-degree centigrade.

In Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, West Godavari, East Godavari, and Anantapur districts the temperature are likely to be 43 to 45 degrees.
