Ming Garden food festival at Gateway in Vijayawada
Vijayawada: The only 5-Star hotel in the city Taj Gateway organised Ming Garden food festival at its Bay Leaf Chinese restaurant starting from Friday.The food festival which starts at 7.30 pm would continue up to 11.30 pm every day. The notable attraction is that the entire food varieties are a la carte service.
General Manager Ramana Murthy said that Master Chef Sebastian was specially flown in from Visakhapatnam to create the innovative menu under the guidance of Executive Chef Shreedhar.
He assures the connoisseurs of food that it would contain the traditional Chinese flavours. The food array includes non-vegetarian, vegetarian, Dim-Sums in vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties, seafood, poultry, meats, rice, noodles and desserts. He expressed the hope that the citizens who relish the latest food varieties enjoy the authentic Chinese flavored food varieties.
