MLA Yeluri vows to serve people till last breath
Parchuru: Serving people by participating in the public services activities was the greatest thing that ever happened to him, said Parchuru MLA Yeluri Sambasiva Rao. He said that he was grateful to the people for giving him an opportunity to serve them and promised that he would continue to serve the public till his last breath.
He participated in the 57th free mega eye camp organised by the Yeluri Charitable Trust in the high school at Inkollu on Sunday and inaugurated the same. He announced that the service to the public will continue through the trust until his last breath irrespective of the caste and creed, region or religion of the people.
The local leaders also accompanied him and inaugurated various counters in the camp.
Sambasiva Rao inspected the arrangements and enquired the public about their satisfaction on the facilities provided in the camp. He also made the senior leaders in the constituency go for the medical checkup in the camp.
The public thanked the MLA for providing free meals also along with the camp for their convenience. The doctors announced that about 600 out of 1000 attended the camp were diagnosed with cataract and they shifted the first batch of 150 people to the Shankara Eye Hospital for treatment.
