MLC Somu Veerraju advises politicians not to lose temper in Vizianagaram
Vizianagaram: Those in public life must mind their language and learn to speak politely, said BJP MLC Somu Veerraju here on Thursday. Speaking to the media here, Veerraju regretted that the politicians in all parties are accusing each other in derogatory terms.
It was not fair to so, he said. It was necessary for the politicians to keep in mind that the people were observing them. Verraju advised the State government to bring down sand price to ensure that it is available for the people at affordable cost.
He expressed his opposition to the government paying salaries to pastors. He suggested that the salaries to the pastors may be paid from the revenue from the church properties. Temples should be made independent, he said.
Veerraju advised the State government to make Visakhapatnam industrial hub. He suggested to the State government investment for setting up industries be attracted. It would help create employment, he said. P Jaganmohana Rao was also present.
