Nellore SP appeals for greenery in police stations

Nellore: District Superintendent of Police (SP) Aishwarya Rastogi appealed to the police personnel to take up plantation drive in all their police station premises.

He, along with Additional SP(Admin) P Parameswar Reddy, planted saplings in the new District Police Office on Monday as part of Vanam Manam.

Rastogi said that the police officials plant saplings in all police station premises in the district and the personnel should take the responsibility of protecting them.

Huge number of saplings needed to be planted and nurtured for the benefit clean and healthier environment, he said.
