No corona positive case in Kadapa district so far: Deputy CM Amzath Basha

Kadapa: Deputy Chief Minister Amzath Basha said that no positive case related to Coronavirus has been detected so far in the district.

Speaking in the awareness camp organised at his camp office here on Saturday, the Deputy Chief Minister however said that there was number of people who went to migration to Middle East countries for livelihood and returned to Kadapa district recently.

Amzath Basha said that 2,094 persons have were returned to Kadapa from abroad and they were kept at home isolation as precautionary measure. Among them, 358 were completed the 15 days self confinement.

He stressed that the people should immediately inform the officials when ever they noticed suspected cases in their areas considering it as social responsibility.

He urged the people to extend their cooperation to the call given by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Janata Curfew by staying at their homes on Sunday. On this occasion the minister has released poster related to Janata curfew. Party leaders and officials were present.
