No Fine Day by traffic police observed in Machilipatnam

Machilipatnam: The Machilipatnam Traffic Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) Ch Venkateswarulu on Saturday said that they would observe 'No Fine Day' on every Saturday of the week.

He said that on every Saturday of the week, they would conduct awareness programmes to the motorists on traffic rules and road safety measures to be taken to prevent accidents.

On the first day of 'No Fine Day', on Saturday August 3, they organised awareness drive to the motorists and auto drivers at Koneru centre on preventive measures to be taken to avoid fatal accidents by following traffic rules and other things to be followed while driving. Traffic sub inspector Jagadish, Subhash Chandrabose and a few constables were present in the awareness programme.
