Oakridge students hail doctors services in Vizianagaram
Vizianagaram: The students of Oakridge International School observed the National Doctors' Day on Monday. On the occasion, the students visited Maharaja Hospital and met Dr Seetha Ramu Raju, Medical Superintendent and other doctors on duty and greeted them with roses and appreciated their services.
Speaking on occasion, Dr Seetha Ramu Raju expressed his happiness and said "I am thrilled to see young Oakridgers taking the lead and reaching out to doctors and celebrate
the Doctors' Day with us at the hospital. We are very impressed by Oakridge students' gesture." Ravishankar Malladi thanked all the doctors and said, "This world has become a better and healthier place to live in with doctors bringing the joy of health and goodness to all our lives." Young Oakridgers Adarsh, Chenna Suma, G Sree, Karthik, Lohith, Makarandh, Nithi, Rishi, and Sravani were thrilled to meet the doctors and greeted them with a card, badge and rose as a token of goodwill and a thankyou gesture. Nithi, a Class VII student, said: "I come from a family of doctors and have seen my parents always giving priority to their patients. Doctors inspire me as they always take care of their patients, even at the cost of their family."
