One died, four injured as car hits lorry in Kadapa district

Kadapa: In a tragic incident, one person lost his life in a road accident when a speeding car collided with a lorry at Vupparapalle village in Sidhavatam mandal of Kadapa district on Thursday night. The deceased identified as B Adi (42) of Kurnool district.

According to the sources, four members of the same family, who belongs to Ambalapuram village of Kurnool district were going to Tirupati. When the car reached Vupparapalle village it collided with a lorry coming in the opposite.

With the impact of the collision, the car driver B Adi Burnt alive to death on the spot and other four sustained severe injures. The victims were immediately rushed to Kadapa RIMS. On the incident, Sidhavatam police reached the accident site, registered case and investigating further.
