Ongole: Prakasam District SP Siddharth Kaushal receives 139 complaints at Spandana

Ongole: The Prakasam district police organised the Spandana, the grievance day in the district police office, along with the other police stations in the district on Monday. The district Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Kaushal received urges from the public in his office and also directed the concerned officials for immediate action, through the video conference system.

As announced by the SP office earlier, the police department made arrangements for the people, who cannot come to Ongole personally, to participate in the grievance program 'Online Spandana' through videoconference at their nearby police stations.

The SP received 17 complaints in Online Spandana from the people at Giddalur, Komarole, Pamur, Kandukur, Podili, Chirala and other places. In the 'Spandana Beyond Borders', the program to receive urges from non-resident Prakasam district people, three people, two from Bengaluru and one from Bahrain spoke to the SP Siddharth Kaushal.

In the regular Spandana, the SP received 119 urges from the public in his chamber. The SP ordered his subordinates to investigate the issues as per the guidelines given by him and solve all issues as soon as possible.

The additional SP, B Sarath Babu, traffic DSP K Venugopal, CCS DSP A Prasad Kumar, special branch inspector N Srikanth Babu, and others also participated in the programme.
