Ongole: Prakasam SP Siddharth Kaushal receives 157 petitions at Spandana

Ongole: The Prakasam district police organised the Spandana, the grievance day in the district police office, along with the other police stations in the district on Monday. Superintendent of Police Siddharth Kaushal received urges from the people in his office and also directed the concerned officials for immediate action, through the video conference system.

As announced by the SP office earlier, the police department made arrangements for the people, who cannot come to Ongole personally, to participate in the grievance program 'Online Spandana' through video conference at their nearby police stations. The SP received 21 complaints in Online Spandana from the people at Giddalur, Komarole, Racharla, Kanigiri, Pamur, Kandukur, Podili, Donakonda etc. In the 'Spandana Beyond Borders', the program to receive urges from non-resident Prakasam district people, two people spoke to SP in which one man thanked Siddharth Kaushal for the timely response on his complaint. In the regular Spandana, the SP received 134 urges from the public in his chamber.

They requested the SP to show them a solution as they are vexed with the denial of justice to them at various stages.

The SP Siddharth Kaushal ordered his subordinates to investigate the issues as per the guidelines are given by him and solve all issues as soon as possible.

As the Spandana program is conducted through videoconference with all stations and also streamed live on Facebook, the Prakasam Police page received a great response on Monday.
