Pawan Kalyan asks govt to step down and go for fresh elections
Tirupati: Criticising the state government for its failure in taking steps to control increasing prices, Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan asked the government to step down and go for fresh elections. He visited Tirupati Rythu Bazar on Tuesday morning and talked to the buyers and sellers. He had seen the poor quality of onions being sold for Rs.80 and enquired about the availability and problems of sellers.
The government has been busy with re-tenders and criticising the previous government policies. They can take action in what they have done but they have to move forward. People were not getting any respite from increasing prices. Onions have gone out of reach of commoners. If the government has no control and capability in taking corrective steps, they can step down, he said. Party leaders Nadendla Manohar and P Hariprasad were with him.
