Pawan demands Rs. 10,000 immediate assistance to farmers
Nellore: Jana Sena Chief K Pawan Kalyan demanded the state government immediately to release financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 to the cyclone-affected farmers across the state. He addressed the media at a hotel in the city on Saturday and said Rs. 35,000 should be supported to the farmers who lost their crops in more than 17 lakh acres.

He said Jana Sena cadres are staging protests on Dec 7th supporting the cause of farmers.

He said they are for the farmers and would raise their issues continuously. He asked the government to extend financial assistance to the farmers whose lands have faced erosion due to flash floods under various river belts.
