PM Modi's comment on Mother Tongue at Mann Ki Baat is a set back to Jagan's govt

The AP government has decided to make English medium compulsory in public schools. A notification has been issued to introduce the English Medium from the 2020-21 academic year to the 1st to 8th grade, the class II to the 10 to 2021-22 academic year, and the tenth grade in 2022-23.
