Police files PT Warrant against JC Prabhakar Reddy and Asmith Reddy in Anantapur

A new twist has emerged in the corruption of Diwakar travels business. The Anantapur I town police have filed a PT Warrant (Crime Number 33) in the court on Monday against former MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy and his son JC Asmith Reddy for purchasing BS3 vehicles under the aegis of Jodhpur Industries Pvt.

The vehicles, which were purchased under the guise of false invoices, were registered as Nagaland's capital Kohima. Transport officials have lodged a complaint in I town police station regarding 80 registered vehicles in Anantapur. The police have issued a PT warrant in those cases. While the father and son were in Kadapa jail, the police registered a PT Warrant. The Magistrate would be likely to investigate the PT Warrant to today (Tuesday).

Meanwhile, JC Prabhakar Reddy and JC Asmith Reddy applied bail application online on Monday. The Magistrate on Saturday remanded A2 JP Prabhakar Reddy and A 6 JC Asmith Reddy for 14 days in connection with fake NOC certificates and placed in Kadapa prison. The Magistrate has postponed the hearing on the bail petition for Tuesday.
