Police held International telephone calls thieves in Kadapa district
Kadapa: Rajampet police have arrested a gang of international telephone calls thieves on Friday. Going into details, the Telecom department officials have lodged a complaint with Rajampet police station that the government telephone calls have been stolen for two years.
Over receiving the information, the police have raided an internet centre which operated on the base of international telephone calls at Reddyvari Vedhi here in the town.
The police said that this gang is selling Rs 32 worth phone call for just Rs 6. They said that a case had been filed against the internet store organizer Lakshminarayana, who is currently in Kuwait.
In this context, Syed Mohammed Sharif (Munna), Rajashekhar Naidu of Rajampet, Sudarshan a native of Poli have supported Lakshminarayana. The police have taken these three into custody and seized 500 sim cards from them.
