Postmortem report confirms YS Vivekananda Reddy was murdered

Kadapa: The postmortem report of YSRCP leader and former minister late YS Vivekananda Reddy confirmed that his death was not accidental but it was a murder.

After the postmortem, the police has handover the mortal remains of YS Viveka to the family members. On Friday morning YS Viveka was found dead in the bathroom under suspicious condition.

On seeing this sutition, his PA Krishna Reddy has registered a complaint to the police. It's learned that they were injures found on the head, hand parts of Vivekananda Reddy.

A total of seven knife strikes were found on his body and two serious injuries on the head. The officials also said they found injuries on thigh and chest parts of YS Viveka.

On seeing YS Viveka laying in the pool of blood in the bathroom, The suspicions were raised over his death.

On this, the police have shifted the dead body to Pulivendula area hospital and conducted the postmortem.

With the autopsy report, it confirmed that it was not a natural death but a murder. Kadapa SP Rahul said the case will be investigated in the murder angle. He also said the police have found some clues related to the case, and they are conducting further investigation.

The mortal remains of YS Vivekananda Reddy is shifted to his residence in Pulivendula. On Saturday the last rites of YS Viveka will be performed.

It's learned that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be reaching Pulivendula by the evening.

Before the postmortem report was out, the AP government has ordered a SIT investigation on YS Vivekananda Reddy death.

Kadapa SP has announced that a SIT team is formed under Additional SP Laxmi Narayana. AP Minister and Jammalamadugu MLA Adinarayana Reddy have demanded a complete investigation over YS Viveka death.

On hearing the death news of YS Vivekananda Reddy AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has expressed deep condolences to the family members.
