Probe into sale of Christian lands, demands TDP

Kakinada: TDP Scheduled Castes(SC) Cell leader K Appa Rao has alleged that some persons in the city were selling Christian lands in the guise of Christians.

Speaking to the media at the party office here on Thursday, he said at about eight decades ago, some Christians of Canada were given lands in some wards in the city for the wellbeing of Christians in the city by providing them education and later imparted training as pastors.

But, now some persons claiming them as Christians were selling off the lands. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy should take interest in the case and order an enquiry in this regard to protect Christian properties.TDP former corporators P Ravi and A Chinna were present on the occasion.
