Promotion of girl education is important- Women & Children Ad

Kadapa: The district level meeting has been organized headed by The Rural Action In Development Society (RAIDS) with the officials of Women &Child Welfare, Panchayath Raj, Education departments, Religious and Voluntary Organizations, advocates over designing action plan for creating pro children Panychayaths, at DRDA office here on Tuesday

Assistant Director of Women& Child welfare K.Padmaja who participated as chief guest in the meeting has lauded the initiative taken by RAIDS said that it is high time for religious and voluntary organizations advocates and other sections of people come forward to extend their support to the government in the interest of promoting child at primary level in the district.

She said due to lack of proper education in girls there are forced to face several challenges like child marriages, and other unwanted things in the district. She said in this circumstances creation of Pro Children Panchayaths concept will be more useful for promoting child education from primary stage. RAIDS director S.Tyagaraj, Nimmaraju Ramamohan and others were presen.
