Rains likely in Andhra Pradesh for the next two days amid low pressure in Bay of Bengal

Andhra Pradesh: The Visakha Meteorological Center has said that the low pressure is continuing across the east-central Bay of Bengal surrounding the west-central Bay of Bengal. It said that the low pressure heading from west to northwest would strengthen further by tomorrow. On the other hand, the southwest monsoon is said to be moving actively under the influence of low pressure due to which Heavy rainfall is expected to be widespread in parts of the coastal belt.

Strong winds are expected to be 40-50 km / h along the coast. Weather Department officials warned fishermen not to go hunting on Thursday and Fridays. Meanwhile, heavy rains witnessed on Tuesday and Wednesday in Andhra Pradesh southwest monsoon hitting the state.
