Rains likely in Andhra Pradesh from tomorrow, fishermen alerted
Andhra Pradesh: The Indian Meteorological Department has warned fishermen not to go for fishing citing the chances of heavy rains in parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh tomorrow. On the other hand, low pressure continues in the southeastern Bay of Bengal and surrounding areas, which is expected to strengthen by Saturday and turn into depression at southern regions of the Bay of Bengal tomorrow.
The Meteorological Department said the depression in the Bay of Bengal would turn into a cyclone in the same area on Saturday evening. It is predicted that the storm will be heading towards northwest by the 17th of this month, followed by the reserve, which will move towards northeast until 18th and 19th of this month.
On the other hand, the temperatures have increased in Rayalaseema and parts of coastal Andhra on Thursday with a maximum of 43 degree. The high temperatures in the day and clouds in the night time have become concern for the public as they were scared of cyclone. However, it would be big relief with the rains and high temperatures.
