Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University gets ISO certification

Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) has been awarded ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001-2015 certification, said Vice-Chancellor Prof Mokka Jagannatha Rao who unveiled the ISO certificates at the University Convention Centre on Tuesday.

He said that ISO certification is a great achievement of Adikavi Nannaya University in the year 2020. Entering the new year with the same spirit, he said that in 2021 he should definitely get a good grade in NAAC recognition certificate.

He said the ISO certification would be symbolic of the university's quality standards. He said further development should be achieved in the new year in line with university quality as well as job quality and personal values.

Registrar Acharya Battu Gangarao said that everyone was very supportive of the ISO certification as well as the need to contribute to the recognition of NAAC. ISO Core Committee Coordinator Dr V Persis said that V-C Jagannath Rao had given the target of achieving ISO certification by 2020 and had made all the necessary arrangements for it and fully cooperated in achieving the expected ISO certification at the expected time.
