Rajamahendravaram: Take interest in science fairs, MLA Bhavani tells students

Rajamahendravaram: MLA Adireddy Bhavani has underlined the need to inculcate interest among the students on science and it is the duty of the teachers to take initiative in this regard.

Inaugurating a two-day science fair at the BVM School here on Tuesday, she said the science fairs help students to increase their creativity and also to tap their hidden talents besides helpful in making inventions.

She advised the students to know about science which was very important these days and asked them to participate in science expos and study tours to improve their knowledge in science subject. District Educational Officer S Abraham informed that at the science fair conducted at Kakinada, 23 projects were selected for state level science fair. These science fairs help a lot to the students and the department will conduct the programmes frequently. Students from various schools in the division exhibited the models prepared by them.
