Rajamahendravaram: TDP former MLC Adireddy Appa Rao has alleged that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy shattered the dreams of the people with his anti-people polices.

Speaking to reporters at Press Club along with party leaders here on Thursday, he asked the Chief Minister not to convert Andhra Pradesh into a state of scams. In every work there is a scam, he alleged.

Relating to purchase of 104 and 108 ambulances, Rs 370 crore scam took place and the contract was given to the son-in-law of Rajya Sabha member Vijay Sai Reddy. With insufficient staff how can the government run the ambulances, he questioned.

TDP government earlier spent an amount of Rs 1.8 lakh on each ambulance and now YSRCP government spending Rs 80,000 and how can it be possible to maintain the ambulances, he wondered.

Relating to ava lands also crores of rupees scam took place and some ruling party leaders were behind it. The proposed lands are not suitable for the construction of houses which will be marooned in rainy and flood seasons. The people are watching the functioning of the government and they are ready to teach a lesson to the government, he added. The party leaders K Naveen Kumar, K Satish, DP S­undari and others were present.
