Rajamahendravaram: Week-long celebrations to mark CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's birthday

Rajamahendravaram: Rajanagaram MLA Jakkampudi Raja and YSRCP city coordinator Srighakollpu Sivarama Subranyam said that the weeklong birthday celebrations of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be held from December 16 to 21.

In a joint press conference held at party office here on Tuesday, the duo said that the celebrations will be held in the constituencies of Rajanagaram, Rajamahendravaram urban and rural on a massive scale, in the name of 'Ooru vaada sambaralu'.

During the week, at Sakthi Peetam various spiritual programmes will be held in the name of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

On December 17 state level weightlifting and bodybuilding competitions will be held at Subramanya Mydanam, on 18 flower show at Palla Venkanna nursery in Kadiyam, on 19 a massive padayatra with 10,000 women will be organised from municipal stadium to Pushkar Ghat, on 20 all religious prayers will be conducted at Sri Venkateswara Anam Kala Kendram and on 21 birthday celebrations will be held on large scale at MF function hall Diwanchervu.

The people were happy with the welfare schemes implementing by Chief Minister. He was following the footprints of his father Dr YS Raja Sekhara Reddy and the state was marching ahead under his able leadership.

Party leaders N Srinivas, MS Reddy, PV Lakshmi, NV Ramana and many others were present.
