Rally organized in Proddaturu for High court

People headed by JAC organized rally for establishment of High Court in Proddaturu on Tuesday

Kadapa: People from various sections headed by Joint Action Committee have organized the rally in Proddaturu town on Tuesday with the demand of establishing High Court in Rayala Seema districts. The rally which begins at Gandhi circle proceeded through T.B road, Rajiv circle, concluded at Sivalayam circle. Later the protesters expressed denounce by begging sitting on kneels at the main Bazar.

Speaking the occasion JAC Convener Dr Srinath Reddy said that development of Rayalaseema was confined to only papers due to lack of clarity in the rulers. He recalled that despite it was clearly specified in Sribagh agreement which has made between coastal Andhra and Rayala Seema regions political leaders as both regions should be equally developed, but the majority of central and state government were sanctioned for coastal Andhra Pradesh leads Rayala Seema people were socially economically backward for several decades.

Proddaturu Bar Association president M.Sudhakar Reddy said despite several chief ministers were presented from Rayala Seema region but no one least bothered over the development of Rayalaseema region due to political regions. He pointed out Coastal Andhra leaders taken way many central government institutions including state capital to their region. He warned of agitation intensified for Separate State if the government fails to establish the High Court in Rayala region. Private schools Association state vice president P.Prabhakar Reddy and others were present.
