MLA RK Roja has stepped in to create a community free of harmful plastic. She launched an innovative scheme of providing kg of rice for kg waste plastic products. She along with Chittoor MP Reddeppa distributed bicycles at the Towerlock Center. The Save Nature slogan has introduced a kilo rice scheme for kilo plastic waste. She said It would take 400 years for plastic objects to mix in the earth's crust.

She urged all constituencies to become hazardous plastic-free. Chittoor MP Reddeppa said YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would be the Chief Minister of the state for another 30 years. MLA's husband Arkeselvamani, brothers Kumaraswamy Reddy, Ramprasad Reddy, YSRCP state secretary Chakrapani Reddy, leaders Chandrashekhar Reddy, Murali Reddy, Lakshmipathiraju participated in the event.
