Registration date extended for VMRDA summer camp

Visakhapatnam: The registrations for month-long summer camp to be organised by Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) in the city is extended from Saturday (April 20) to Thursday (April 25), stated Metropolitan Commissioner P Basanth Kumar in a press release.

The camp will comprise drawing and craft, classical music, kuchipudi, western and folk dance, personality development, yoga and aerobics, acting, chess, skating and karate. The classes will be held from May 1 to May 31 from 6 am to 8 am at VUDA Children arena in Siripuram.

Children aged between six-16 years are eligible to apply. Registration fees of Rs 50 along with coaching fees of Rs 500 has to be paid through Indian Overseas Bank directed to the account of 'Metropolitan Commissioner, VMRDA'. Registration forms must be submitted on or before Thursday, the Commissioner informed.
