RINL new Director Operations, assumes charge in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: Ajit Kumar Saxena assumes charge as Director (Operations) of RINL with effect from Thursday. Prior to this, Saxena worked as Chief General Manager, Mills, IISCO, Burnpur, Steel Authority of India Ltd.

A B-Tech graduate from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University in Metallurgy, Saxena also pursued MBA later. He started his career as a management trainee (Technical) in 1986 and worked in various assignments in SAIL starting with Bhilai Steel Plant and held different positions during his 33-year-long stint in SAIL.

A recipient of 'Young Metallurgist' of the year award from the Ministry of Steel, GOI, he essayed various roles in his career.
