Robbery at Durga temple in Sabbavaram

Sabbavaram: The thieves have broke opened the Durga temple and stolen the hundi's, which are placed inside at midnight in Sabbavaram. The temple priest R Chandrashekar Sharma performed puja's till 9 pm and later locked the doors of the temple. When he returned in the morning at around 6:30, noticed that the temple door was open and the locks were broken.

Over entering into the temple, Sharma discovered that four hundi's were missing. Immediately, he informed the matter to the temple committee members. The members said that nearly Rs 1 lakh cash was stolen. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot, registered a case and are investigating further.
