Roll back hiked petrol, diesel prices in Guntur: Congress leaders

Guntur: Former MLA Lingamsetty Eswara Rao along with Congress party leaders protested at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, demanding that the Central government rollback petrol and diesel prices.

Holding placards, they protested at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan.

Speaking on this occasion, he said hiking petrol and diesel prices frequently will cause additional financial burden on the common man and poor families.

He said increase of diesel price leads to hike in prices of essential commodities.

He said hiking petrol and diesel price is not justified and demanded the government rollback petrol and diesel prices.
