Students obstruct former minister Narayana and pull off his shirt
Ponguru Narayana, a former minister and head of the Narayana educational institutes, had a bitter experience. Leaders of student unions attacked Narayana in Anantapur. The leaders of the local student groups obstructed Narayana, who came to inspect Narayana schools during his visit to Anantapur. The student union alleged that high fees being charged against government regulations and playing with the lives of students.
Yet, the students were blocked by Narayana's followers. There was a clash between the two sides. To this end, some people surrounded Narayana and pulled his shirt.
Narayana's followers expressed outrage at the incident and took Narayana into the car. Some students attacked the vehicle of former minister Narayana with stones. The car glasses were shattered during the student assault. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot and brought the situation to be normal.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the complaint of Narayana's followers. With this unexpected consequence, Narayana cancelled the trip to Anantapur and left.
