Students throng Australian education fair in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: AECC Global state head V Chaitanya stated that every year hundreds of students are pursuing higher education in Australia. An awareness programme on higher education in Australia was organised here on Saturday. Students from various engineering, management and degree colleges participated in the programme in huge number.

Speaking to the media, Chaitanya said that representatives of top universities from Australia were present to interact with students of engineering, pharmacy and management courses who wish to pursue post-graduation in Australia.

He said students joining PG courses in Australia would be given scholarship and the students would get jobs by the time they complete their courses. He said that a good number of students were willing to pursue PG courses in Australia.

Representatives of Australia Catholic University, Australia National University, Flinders University, Griffith University, James Cook University, Kaplan University, Federation University, Melbourne University, RMIT University, University of Canberra, University of Tasmania, University of Western Australia and Victoria University interacted with the students and created awareness about the visa processing, courses, about admission and other details of their universities.
