Students told to improve communication skills: Abdul Rawoof

Vijayawada: Students should improve their communication skills and soft skills to get employment opportunities, said Skill Horizon Director Abdul Rawoof. Addressing the students at a programme organised on soft skills on Sunday, Rawoof said that the students should upgrade themselves with the latest developments and innovations to get employment in the present competitive world.

Noted management skill trainer Dr V Srinivas said that students should read newspaper daily and follow news to improve their skills and present trends. Based on the present trends, we should mould ourselves accordingly, he said.

Gates Institute of Management and Science Academy Dean Prof M Ravikanth said that the students should get themselves prepared as per the industry requirement. The youth should be in a position to offer jobs and not always strive to get a job, he added. Ismail, JS Sudheer Kumar, Kavya and others were present.
