Sudha Murthy's book reviewed
Vijayawada: The Book Review Association of Andhra Loyola College has conducted a book review on Bharatha Boomi Namasthubyan written by Sudha Murthy on Wednesday. The programme was chaired by Rev Fr Dr M Sagaya Raj.
In his remarks, he advised the students to develop and achieve the dreams by inculcating reading habits. Secretary of the association Dr G A Prasad Rao said the book reviews are useful to strengthen mental health and maturity in students.
The student reviewer Yuva Rani studying B Sc final year narrated many stories in the book. Matrutvam is a great gift to female gender and how the servant women rejected to gift / sell the child even though offered a great amount of money.
In another story, the student reviewer mentioned about 'Kaki Kokila Laa Kooya Kudadu' and also Nemali the Peacock should not try to sing. Each person / species was gifted with some great traits and they should make use of the same but should not copy others.
She advised students to develop and excel by utilising the traits or skills of their own. Trainer Dr G Srinivas Rao, coordinator Dr T Sri Kumar and others were present.
