Tirupati: Increasing viral fevers cases frightening SV Veterinary College students for the past fortnight.
They have been alleging that their representations to the college and hostel officials to improve sanitary conditions went in vain. During the last 15 days, 10 typhoid and two dengue cases were confirmed by the doctors.
There was no cleanliness at the hostel and water tanks are not being cleaned regularly. President of Students Union US Nageswara Rao has demanded for the suspension of hostel warden Dr Suryanarayana for his failure in the maintenance of the hostel.
