SVU Degree Colleges Cricket Tourney begins

Tirupati: SV University inter-collegiate degree students cricket tourney has started on a grand manner at Tharaka Rama Stadium of the university here on Friday.

University Physical Education department director P Sivasankar Reddy, event organisers Emeralds Degree College directors Giridhar and Vishwanath Reddy jointly inaugurated the tourney at the stadium.

In this connection tourney organising secretary Munirathnam informed that total 36 University affiliated degree colleges students' teams are going to participate in the tournaments which will be held for 7 days. In the inaugural function, Emeralds physical education director Penna Bhaskar, Bharaninath and Siva Prasad were present.
