Tamil Nadu MLA Kumaraguru donates Rs 1 crore for Lord's temple construction in at Ulundurpet
TTD Trust Board member and MLA Kumaraguru handing over the DD for Rs 1 crore as donation for construction of temple in Ulundurpet, Tamil Nadu, to TTD chairman Y V Subba Reddy in Tirumala.
Tirumala: Donations poured in for various trusts of TTD on the auspicious day of Vaikuntha Ekadasi in Tirumala on Friday.
MLA and TTD Trust Board member from Tamil Nadu, Kumaraguru has donated Rs one crore towards the construction of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in his constituency at Ulundurpet.
Indra Kumar from Hyderabad, a philanthropist has donated Rs 1.08 crore to Vidyadana and Pranadana Trusts of TTD with Rs 54 lakhs each for these two trusts set up by TTD for health care and promotion of education.
Both the donors handed over the demand draft towards the donations to TTD Chairman Y V Subba Reddy and EO Dr K S Jawahar Reddy in Srivari Temple.
