TDP activists will retaliate if police file false cases: Chandrababu Naidu
Guntur: TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu said that Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is working according to his whims and fancies and if he continues this attitude, the people will hate him and teach a fitting lesson to him at appropriate time.
Speaking to media at party state office here on Thursday over the police registering false cases against TDP activists, Naidu said, "If Jagan does good things to people, they will bless him. I will also appreciate him. If he suppress the TDP activists, they will retaliate."
Stating this is not Pulivendula in Kadapa district, Naidu questioned the police under which section they are booking the cases on TDP activists?."If the government tries to suppress the TDP, the retaliation will be more and people will hate the attitude of Chief Minister," Naidu said and added there was no respect for law in the state.
He asked why Jagan did not give declaration while presenting silk clothes to Lord Venkateswara, claiming he is a Christian. He recalled that former president of India Abdul Kalam gave declaration during his visit to Tirumala temple. He said Jagan was not above rule of law.
