TDP chief terms murder 'a blot' on civilised society

Guntur: TDP supremo N Chandrabbu Naidu condemned the murder of TDP leader Vengaiah at Anugallu vilalge under Anasagaram mandal of Nellore district on Friday describing it "a blot on civilised society."

Interacting with the party leaders in the TDP party office here on Friday, he expressed ire at the YSRCP government over a spate of murders and attacks on TDP activists since it came to power. He spoke to family members of Vengaiah from the TDP state party office and consoled them.

He said killing spree was continuing in the state despite protests by the TDP. Interacting with the TDP Legal Cell advocates, he condemned foisting of false cases against former minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy and Cherukuri Kutumba Rao apart from cases registered against 12 former MLAs and MLAs.

Earlier, in a meeting with the party leaders at his residence in Undavalli, Naidu alleged the YSRCP government forcing multi-system operators (MSO) to stop telecast of ABN, TV5 channels for exposing the misdeeds of the government. He urged the viewers to complain to toll free No: 1800114000.or complained to Trai if MSOs do not respond within 72 hours,.
