TDP Law makers one month salary to CMRF

Amaravati: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu announced a donation of Rs. 10 lakh on his behalf and on his family members' behalf to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) on Tuesday. Along with him, all his party MLAs and MLCs donated one month salary to the CMRF to fight against the pandemic Coronavirus disease in the State.

He called upon the people to generously contribute to the governments as part of their support to the cause of fighting the deadly virus.

Naidu discussed the need for contributions during an online conference with his party leaders.

These funds may be used by the government in the battle against the coronavirus epidemic.

Following his call, the MLAs and MLCs donated one-month salary.

Meanwhile, TDP MP Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu announced one month salary for Srikakulam coronavirus victims. He announced Rs. 70 lakh under MPLADS to be meant for the virus-fighting cause.

The MP wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi to sanction financial assistance for small traders and daily wage workers who are suffering a lot due to lockdowns and curfews.
