TDP leader Adari Anand joins YSRCP

TDP leader Adari Anand and former chairperson of Yelamanchili municipality Pilla Rama Kumari joining YSRCP in the presence of Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy at his residence at Tadepalli on Sunday

Vijayawada: TDP leader Adari Anand, who is the son of Vishaka Dairy chairman Adari Tulasi Rao, joined the YSR Congress Party on Sunday in the presence of Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy at his residence at Tadepalli on Sunday.

Former chairperson of Yelamanchili municipality Pilla Rama Kumari and several directors of Vishaka Dairy also joined the YSR Congress along with Anand. Adari Anand contested from Anakapalle Parliament constituency on TDP ticket in the recent elections.

On this occasion, he said that he would continue in the YSR Congress forever. He also said that he would work to strengthen the party. They were not expecting any posts in the party, he said. The TDP failed to provide justice to the farming community in the State, he said.

MP V Vijaysai Reddy said that some more TDP leaders would join the YSR Congress Party soon. He said that the people lost confidence in the TDP. Minister for Tourism Avanti Srinivasa Rao and several leaders were present on the occasion.
