The TDP has also asked the election commissioner not to entrust the village volunteers for election duty. They also complain to governor Biswabhushan Harichandan about the decrease of reservations. They opined that more than 140 sub-castes would lose their opportunity in the elections.

It remains to be seen, whether the Supreme Court would take up the petition for investigation. With the latest development, there is scope for the stalling of elections for once again.
