Rajamahendravaram: MLA Adireddy Bhavani has said that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy shattered the dreams of the people with his 'anti-people' policies and the people of all sections were facing many problems due to his ineffectiveand inefficient administration.

Speaking to the media at the Press Club here on Tuesday, she said there was no use with new sand policy and the sand is not within the reach of common man who is not aware of online booking of sand. Lakhs of workers who are losing their source of livelihood were starving due to the sand scarcity, she lamented.

Moreover, she said that the building construction activity came to a standstill and hampered the development of that sector. To focus the intensity of the sand scarcity, a one-day hunger strike will be held on October 24 at Forgate and appealed to the people to extend their cooperation.

The Chief Minister was trying to tarnish the image of TDP national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu by making baseless allegations against him. But the people know well about the two leaders, she averred.

The people are waiting eagerly for the TDP rule in the state which can only give a stable and welfare government under the aegis of Nara Chandrababu Naidu, she said. TDP leader Adireddy Vasu and others were present.
