Amaravati: TDP suggests YSRCP government sell the properties of chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy instead of selling public assets for implementing welfare schemes since they are putting YSR and Jagan names to all schemes. The party senior leader and ex-minister Ch Ayyanna Patrudu observed that, when all the government schemes were named after YS Rajasekhar Reddy and his son Jagan, it was not appropriate to sell the public properties for implementing the Navaratnalu.

He advised selling the properties of Jagan at Idupulapaya, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Another leader KS Jawahar condemned the government for not allowing former MLA Tenali Sravan Kumar when he was going to visit the agitators in Amaravati. He criticised that the government was suppressing the voice of SCs. Former Minister Nakka Anandababu also criticised the government for not allowing Sravan Kumar.

On the other hand, TDP AP president Kimidi Kala Venkatarao and party general secretary Nara Lokesh stated that Jagan cheated the farmers by assuring false promises. When Jagan was in opposition he promised to give Rs 50,000 under Rythu Bharosa scheme to each farmer. Now the government falsely claiming that it has been enhanced to Rs 67,000. In fact, the YSRCP government is contributing only Rs 7500 per year, which means just Rs 37,500 for 5 years against the toll claims of Rs 67,000 per 5 years.
