TDP treating women as vote bank, alleges YSRCP

Guntur: YSRCP Guntur parliament constituency president Lella Appi Reddy criticised that the TDP failed to give a single ticket to women in the district.

He criticised that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was treating women and SHGs as vote bank in the elections.

Addressing a press meet here on Monday, the YSRCP leader said that the party has accommodated all the castes.

He reminded that they have fielded a candidate belonging to Vaddera from Guntur West, Muslim from Guntur East, and SC woman from Tadikonda.

He said the party gave thee MLA tickets to BCs and SCs, one each for Muslims and Brahmins, four seats to Reddy's and three seats to Kamma community in the district.

He urged the voters to defeat the TDP in the coming elections.

He said that TDP did not give a single ticket to the Brahmins in the state.
